Meet the people working for your business every day
By Atascadero Chamber of Commerce · Tue May 19 2026
Running a business is one of the most rewarding and demanding things a person can do. You navigate hiring decisions, untangle compliance questions, and develop effective strategies. There's a common thread among business owners; it's a worry about having the right people and resources to ensure their business succeeds. That's exactly why we created the Business Center at the Atascadero Chamber. Led by Eryk Nappi, helping North County, and Michelle Madgett, assisting South County. They're a two-person force at the center, working hard to connect local businesses with the tools, grants, talent, and support they need not just to survive but to thrive.
The Impact Of The Business Center. The goal of the Atascadero Chamber Business Center is simple. No business owner in Atascadero or beyond should have to figure it out alone. Eryk and Michelle work towards that goal every single day. Whether a business needs guidance on hiring, information on available grants, help navigating a workforce challenge, or simply a trusted sounding board, Eryk and Michelle are the first and often only call a business needs to make.
Eryk and Michelle's work at the Chamber's Business Center is broader than most people realize. Here's a quick example of just some of the things they do at the center. Free/Low-cost Employees: Through a partnership with Eckerd Connects, they connect businesses with free or low-cost employees in exchange for training opportunities. Resource Hub: From grants to recruitment strategies, they make sure businesses have the resources they need for success.
An Ongoing Partnership For Local Businesses. Our center isn't a transactional helpdesk. It's much more than that. The services Eryk and Michelle offer are an ongoing partnership with businesses across the Central Coast. It's one built on trust, genuine investment, and commitment to their success in the community. This is the work that doesn't make the headlines, but it's what makes a community's economy resilient and thriving. Every job saved, every hire made, every grant secured ripples outward through families, neighborhoods, and our Central Coast community.
Our Commitment To You. The business services and resources offered at the Business Center are living proof of our Chamber's mission in action. Our organization isn't just a logo on a website or a listing in a directory; it's access to a team doing real work on your behalf. If you're a business owner in Atascadero or on the greater Central Coast, we encourage you to reach out to Eryk at Eryk@atascaderochamber.org or Michelle at Michelle@atascaderochamber.org at our Business Center.
