Women of Influence North County: Celebrating Leadership, Inspiring the Future

At the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce, our mission is to be the catalyst for business growth, the convener for leaders and influencers, and the champion for a stronger community. Each year, Women of Influence North County (wINC) provides an opportunity to celebrate the leadership and connections that help strengthen North County.

wINC brings together business leaders, educators, nonprofit professionals, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and community members from across North County to recognize extraordinary women whose leadership creates lasting impact. Their influence strengthens businesses, enriches neighborhoods, inspires innovation, and demonstrates what is possible when people invest in their communities.

On Wednesday, September 23, we will gather once again to celebrate these remarkable women at the annual Women of Influence North County Luncheon. More than an awards program, wINC has become one of North County's signature celebrations of leadership — honoring women whose dedication, vision, and service make our region stronger for everyone.

More Than an Awards Luncheon

While the luncheon is an opportunity to recognize exceptional women, its impact extends far beyond a single afternoon.

Women of Influence North County reflects the Chamber's commitment to convening leaders, celebrating excellence, and strengthening connections throughout our region. Every year, the event brings together hundreds of business and community leaders who believe that recognizing service and leadership helps build a stronger North County.

The stories shared during wINC remind us that leadership takes many forms. It can be found in boardrooms, classrooms, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, public service, and countless acts of quiet dedication that often go unseen. Together, these women represent the very best of our communities.

Investing in the Next Generation

One of the most meaningful aspects of wINC is that proceeds from the event help fund the Chamber's scholarship program for young women pursuing entrepreneurial goals.

As the catalyst for business growth, we believe investing in future entrepreneurs is an investment in the long-term success of North County. These scholarships encourage young women to pursue innovative ideas, develop their leadership skills, and build businesses and careers that will shape the future of our local economy.

By attending wINC, guests are doing more than purchasing a ticket. They are helping celebrate today's leaders while creating opportunities for tomorrow's.

Tickets for the September 23 luncheon are $60 per person or $650 for a reserved table of 10. Because the event sells out each year, we encourage early reservations.
